Midway has announced that it has shipped Blitz: The League for Xbox 360. Covered by Bill Romanowski and Lawrence Taylor, this version introduces new cities, All-Star teams, and of course achievement points.
"With over a million games sold on current generation systems, Blitz: The League proved to the industry that fans desire an alternative in the licensor censored, watered–down sports genre," said Steve Allison, chief marketing officer, Midway. "We're excited to now offer that alternative title on the Xbox 360, complete with the award–winning quality of gameplay and entertainment Blitz: The League is recognized as having."
Blitz: The League is also available for PS2 and Xbox, and will ship for the PSP in December.
