Today, Activision announced that the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package is now available for the Xbox 360.  First announced only a few weeks ago, the Stimulus Package contains the first new maps since launch, both all-new locations and fan favorites from the original Modern Warfare, for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15 USD).  To help celebrate the event, Activision this month donated $180,000 worth of Modern Warfare 2 games to the U.S. Navy and will host a Double XP multiplayer event this weekend.  Modern Warfare 2 is, as you might have guessed from the title, a follow-up to 2007’s popular Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and is available for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.  For more information on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package, be sure to check out the official press release below:
